Research projects take a lot of time, money and effort to set up and it is really important that we achieve a full and correctly recruited set of groups for our clients. * I agree to be accurate and honest about products and services that I use and the frequency with which I use them.
* I agree to be accurate and honest about discussions I have attended either for Focus-Finder or for another organisation.
* I recognise how important it is that I do attend a discussion once I have agreed to attend.
* I will notify Focus Finder as soon as possible if I am unable to attend a discussion.
* I am happy to sign any confidentially forms regarding the products, services or advertising under discussion.
* I will make every effort to contribute constructively to the discussion.
* I agree to be audio taped and video recorded for research purposes.
* I will treat all personnel connected to the discussion with courtesy at all times.
* I accept that Focus Finder can withdraw my registration should I breech any of the above
